Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 1st, 2020

At Healing with Intent—No’Ami (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we put care and intention into every service, product, and creation we offer. Because much of what we provide is personalized, spiritual, or energetic in nature, we have specific guidelines around refunds and exchanges.

1. Services (Readings, Coaching, Energy Work)

All services (including psychic/medium readings, coaching sessions, Reiki, and energy work) are non-refundable once delivered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

If you do not show up for a scheduled session without notice, the payment will not be refunded.


2. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Guides)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience issues accessing a product, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive your file.


3. Physical Products (Candles, Kits, Jewelry, Herbal Blends, etc.)

We do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and energetic reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to replace it or offer store credit.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.


4. Events & Workshops

Payments for workshops, circles, or events are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.


5. Our Commitment

We aim to create a positive and supportive experience for every soul we serve. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with care and fairness.
